I was one of two copywriters on the HBO GO/MAX GO development team, on call from initial product concepting through its first-to-market product launch. We problem-solved for ux needs like authentication and parental controls, established copy conventions and content strategy across multiple platforms and affiliate sites and established a format for monthly programming packages, which we also curated. HBO GO and MAX GO have been through many evolutions since initial launch, but our original copy, conventions and content strategy remain unchanged on both sites.
